Position Filled - Content Creator & Social Media Internship

For the student who lives for Reels, spots a trending sound before it blows up, and gets genuinely excited about bringing longer-form YouTube video shoots to life - all while managing and growing a real social media brand account from behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing (AKA Your Creative Playground)

This isn't a "grab coffee and take notes" kind of internship. You'll be actively involved in real content creation, from assisting in YouTube production days to taking the reins on your own social media Reels - plus managing a thriving Instagram account with strategy, style, and voice.

Whether you're prepping a shoot, setting the vibe on video day, or creating snackable stories to grow our audience, your creativity will be seen, used, and appreciated.

Video Production Responsibilities (YouTube | 215K+ Subscribers)

These are team-based production responsibilities that support our longer-form YouTube content - some prepped before video day, some happening on set, all part of a fast-paced creative environment:

• Prep recipes, organize shoot folders, and assist in sourcing ingredients ahead of time
• Set up and support the flow of production on video day (yes, this is where the magic happens)
• Be a second set of hands during filming - moving gear, capturing b-roll, swapping batteries (it happens!), managing continuity
• Help with basic equipment setup and footage backup
• Maintain a clean and organized shoot space (especially the kitchen - we keep it classy)

Independent Content Creation (Reels + Short Form Video)

This is where you take the lead and get creative with our brand voice, visuals, and vibe. You'll plan, shoot, and edit snackable videos with full ownership from start to finish:

• Concept and storyboard fun, simple cocktail and recipe Reels
• Order ingredients, set up your scene, shoot and edit - all independently
• Stay on top of short-form trends and propose creative new ideas weekly

Social Media Management (Instagram @MOMables)

You'll also own key aspects of running and growing an active brand account:

• Schedule in-feed posts, reels, and stories
• Use ManyChat to boost engagement and drive traffic/email signups
• Collaborate with the email team to align posts with downloads and lead magnets
• Reply to DMs and comments, and engage with similar accounts for community growth
• Keep an eye on new features and updates
• Spot trends and come up with quick content ideas that can be turned into opportunities

• Are a college student studying marketing, media, or a creative field
• Are obsessed with food, cocktails, and making things look aesthetic on video
• Are super organized and low-key love a good checklist
• Thrive with a mix of guidance and independence
• Want your ideas heard - and actually implemented
• Are reliable, creative, resourceful, and tech-comfy (GPT, Reels, Stories, ManyChat - let's go!) At the very least be a quick learner.
• Can commit to 15-20hrs/week in-person (no remote option)
